counselling platform headquartered in
Pune, Maharashtra, India, operating

smarteducator.in. We help students across India
explore and enroll in UGC-approved online degree programs. These Terms & Conditions
("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user", "you") and Smart
Educator. They govern your access to and use of our website, lead forms, blog content,
newsletter, and counselling services.

By accessing smarteducator.in, submitting any form, subscribing to our newsletter, or
engaging with our counselling team, you confirm that you have
read, understood,
and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with
any part of these Terms, you must
immediately stop using our website and services.
These Terms apply alongside our
Privacy Policy,
which is incorporated by reference and forms part of this agreement.

About Smart Educator & Our Role
Smart Educator is an education counselling and admission support intermediary.
We are not a university, college, or academic institution. We do not conduct examinations,
award degrees, or issue certificates. Our role is limited to:

Provide free academic counselling, help students select suitable UGC-approved online degree programs, assist with documentation guidance, and offer post-enrollment support reminders.
🏛️ What Universities Do
Conduct the admission process, collect course fees directly from students, deliver academic content, conduct examinations, and award degrees and certificates.
💡 Important: Smart Educator is a counselling partner, not an enrollment agent.
All course fees are paid directly by the student to the university.
We do not collect, hold, or process any course fee payments on behalf of any university.

Eligibility to Use Our Services
To use smarteducator.in and our services, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- You must be a resident of India. Our services are not directed at users outside India.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when submitting any form on our website.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- You must not be using our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the involvement and consent of a
parent or legal guardian, who will be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
smarteducator.in offers the following services, all of which are provided free of charge to students:
- Course & University Discovery: Browse information about UGC-approved online degree programs including BA, BBA, BCA, B.Com, MA, MBA, MCA, and M.Com, along with details about partner universities.
- Enquiry & Lead Forms: Submit your details to receive a callback from one of our academic counsellors who will guide you through your options.
- Free Counselling Sessions: One-on-one academic counselling via phone, WhatsApp, or video call to help you choose the right program based on your qualifications, career goals, and budget.
- Newsletter & Blog Content: Subscribe to receive educational updates, career guidance articles, and course-related news directly to your inbox.
- Post-Enrollment Support: After you complete your admission with the university, we provide reminders for fee payment deadlines, exam schedules, document submissions, and other ongoing administrative support.
Disclaimer: All information about universities, programs, fees, and admission
criteria on our website is provided in good faith based on publicly available data.
Smart Educator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of this information.
Always verify course details, eligibility, and fees directly with the university before making

Acceptable Use & User Conduct
By using smarteducator.in, you agree to the following rules of conduct:

- Use our website for spam, scraping, or automated bots
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit our website or systems
- Impersonate Smart Educator staff or any third party
- Use our platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activity
Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of your access to
our services and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement under the
Information Technology Act, 2000.

Counselling Services & Limitations
Our academic counselling is provided as a free, good-faith advisory service
to help students make informed decisions. The following limitations apply:
- Not a Guarantee of Admission: Our counselling and guidance does not guarantee admission to any university or program. Admission decisions are made solely by the respective university based on their eligibility criteria.
- Not Professional Academic Advice: Our counsellors are trained to provide general program guidance. Their recommendations are based on the information you provide and publicly available course data, not formal academic credentials or professional qualifications.
- No Liability for University Decisions: Smart Educator is not responsible for any admission rejection, change in program structure, fee revision, or policy change made by a university after you have enrolled.
- Accuracy of Information Provided by You: You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to our counsellors — including your qualifications, contact details, and preferences — is accurate and complete. Incorrect information may result in unsuitable guidance.
- Counselling Frequency: We may contact you multiple times via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email following your enquiry. You may opt out at any time by informing our counsellor or emailing info@smarteducator.in.

Fees, Payments & Refunds
Smart Educator provides all its counselling and support services to students
completely free of charge. We do not charge any registration fee,
counselling fee, or service fee to students at any stage.
💳 All course fees are paid directly by you to the university through
the university's own payment gateway or bank account. Smart Educator is not a party to
this financial transaction and has no involvement in fee collection, processing, or refunds.
Since Smart Educator does not collect any fees from students, no refund or
cancellation policy applies to our services. For fee-related queries,
refunds, or disputes, you must contact the respective university directly.
⚠️ Fraud Warning: Smart Educator will
never ask you
to make any payment to us, to a third-party account, or via UPI/WhatsApp Pay in exchange
for admission, seat booking, or any service. If anyone claiming to be from Smart Educator
asks for money, please report it immediately to
info@smarteducator.in
and to your local cyber crime authority.

Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
All content on smarteducator.in — including but not limited to text, blog articles,
course descriptions, graphics, logos, icons, images, page layouts, and website code —
is the exclusive intellectual property of Smart Educator and is
protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
- No Reproduction: You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written permission.
- No Commercial Use: Our content may not be used for any commercial purpose without explicit written authorisation from Smart Educator.
- Blog Content: You may share links to our blog articles on social media. You may not reproduce full articles or significant excerpts without attribution and written consent.
- University Logos & Trademarks: University names, logos, and trademarks displayed on our website belong to their respective owners and are used for informational and identification purposes only. This does not imply any endorsement or official partnership unless explicitly stated.

- Third-Party Websites: Our website may contain links to university websites, social media platforms, and other external sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party website.
- Technical Availability: We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses. We are not liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the site.

Smart Educator reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms &
Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, or

- Notify registered users via email for significant changes where required by law
Your continued use of smarteducator.in after updated Terms have been posted

Suspension & Termination of Access
Smart Educator reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or permanently
terminate your access to our website and services without notice if:
